Who We Are
The Mt. Healthy Historical Society is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to preserving the heritage of our historic community.
Where We Are
The Mt. Healthy Historical Society maintains two buildings: our museum building, which was Mt. Healthy's original Free Meeting House, built in 1825, and a tollhouse, built in 1859. They are located just south of the city park, at 1546 and 1544 McMakin Avenue, Mt. Healthy.
Visit Us
Our buildings are open for visitors on most Saturdays 10 a.m. to noon, except in January and February, and by appointment.
Meetings
We meet the first Wednesday of every month March through November. Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the basement of the Mt. Healthy United Methodist Church, located at 7612 Perry Street, Mt. Healthy, Ohio. Any changes in meeting time or place will be posted on this website under "News and Events."
